O-Sport is Persian modern martial art discipline which is named oriental combat sport that in idiom named as O-Sport. O-Sport was developed in the city of Hamedan (one of the oldest city of the world) from indigenous fighting methods as an effective combat sports. Through global competitions, WOF aim to promote the O-sport discipline utilizing 2 categories namely the Fighting and Non-Fighting division played in both ring and tatami. In the Fighting division, it is a combination of boxing, striking; knee, elbow and submission & Judo techniques with that can also be classified as an exhibition and a full-contact sport such as (Part Fight, Maad Fight, Shoot Fight, Mix Fight & Safe Fight styles) incorporating them into one distinct and innovative new sport called the Oriental Sport or what we called O-Sport. For non Fighting division is combination of traditional Iranian wood play mix with martial arts techniques called Alak Dolak and gymnastics movements such as (Shadow Fight, Weapons, Fast Demo and Self Defense).
