General assembly:
General assembly is the highest part of WOF and the members has the right to make decision about the important subjects such as new full memberships, changing the constitution, supervising the agents, confirming the financial report and the budget of the federation and also supervising the department committee.

Extreme 3 WOF's full or associate members from every country have the right to presence in WOF's General assembly, and they can presence as a candidate at the time of periodic electing. But just one of them as the representative's respective country can lecture or vote.

WOF's affiliate members in General assembly can be candidate or participate but they don't have right to vote.

• 1st General Assembly, 28th February 2007, Dushanbe, Tajikistan

• 2nd General Assembly, 20th October 2008, Tehran, Iran
