Breaking is an O-Sporting skill that is used in competition, demonstration and testing. Breaking is an action where a martial artist uses a striking surface to break one or more objects using the skills honed in their art form. The striking surface is usually a hand or a foot, but may also be a fingertip, toe, head, elbow, knuckle, or knee. The most common object is a piece of wood, though it is also common to break bricks or cinder blocks.
WOF Secretariat would like to announce that during 5th WOF World O-Sport Championships the famous world champions will attend in the Breaking style competition, more then 200 athletes will attend in breaking non fighting division of O-Sport World championships 2010 under patronage of WOF.


10th September in India

As we mentioned before, National Oriental Sport Federation of India with leadership Mr. Tejweer Singh working hardly and developing O-Sport in 25 states of India seriously. The national federation of India will organize its National championship 2010 in both male and female division for youth, juniors and seniors in Uttar Pradesh on 10th ~ to 12th September 2010.

15th Iran National championship

O-Sport Association of I.R of Iran (OSAIRI) will organize its 15th National O-Sport championship in both male and female division for youth, juniors and seniors at 22nd to 25th September 2010 in the Hamedan city's ferdosi sport complex to select fighters of national team for taking part in the 5th WOF world championship which will take place in Russia on 27th October ~31st October 2010.
Also General Assembly 2010 of O-Sport Association of I.R of Iran will be held in the Ebne Sina conference room of physical education authority of Hamedan during to 15th National O-Sport championship.


5th World Championships Coordination Commission Meeting

3rd Coordination commission meeting with organization committee of 5th WOF World O-Sport Championship between the WOF Leaders and the 5th Belgorod WOF World O-Sport Championship Organizing Committee (BWCOC) will be held in Belgorod city of Russia on 1st September 2010 at the conference room of Secretariat of OC of Federation of O-Sport of Russia.



Dr. Gennady Cherkasov President of National O-Sport Federation of Russia and Secretary General of WOF will meet organizing committee.

The 5th WOF championships will be held 27th ~31 October 2010 in belgorod city of Russia with attendee of more 1500 athletes from 45 countries and 30000 Guests , VIPs ,Official of governments and Spectators.
