1st Marketing Meeting of WOF 3rd Open Asian Championships 2009

The WOF 3rd Open Asian Championships Marketing Meeting was held in Ahoura Company Office on 26th February 2009 with OOCAC and its Marketing Agents TV National and International. The Marketing meeting was Chaired by Mr. Mohammad Ghasem Manouchehri President of O-Sport Association of I.R. Iran (OSAIRI) and seniors members of the OSAIRI Marketing committee including Mr. Ramin Rahbar, Mrs. Azam Azizi, Mr. Amir Borjian and Mr. Mohammad Reza Abdi were also present.
The meeting reviewed in detail the marketing programme for the 3rd Open Asian championship and OSAIRI President emphasized the fact that though the marketing programme is proceeding satisfactorily yet more should be done in terms of promotion of the Championships, which in turn will create awareness and attract more Partners and Sponsors.

WOF Administration Election (2009-2013)

WOF Secretariat would like to inform you that WOF administrations (2009-2013) elections will be held during WOF World Championships from 11th to 17th April 2009 in Kharkov-Ukraine.
Attention to the candidates participating in administration elections:
The election condition of candidates and main and secondary members are announced by the Director General of WOF election assembly:

1) Candidates conditions

each country is allowed to introduce only there (3) persons as candidates from its side.
Only the countries that have been recognized by WOF as Full members or associated members have the right to introduce candidate.
Each candidate should have CV with a copy of his/her passport, a 3*4 photo (with black coat and tie and white shirt).
All the documents must be sent to WOF president or Director General just 10 days before election assembly (1st April 2009).

2) Voters

Voters are the persons who have been introduced to WOF by national Olympic committee or sport ministry of their respected countries or National O-Sport Federations/Associations (Full/Associate members) in order to attend at elections.
Only the countries that have been recognized by WOF as Full members or associated members have the right to vote.
Voters must be introduced to WOF president or Director General just before 1st April 2009.

3) Supervisors

The supervisors are the representative of OSARIRI; they do not have the right to vote. They only supervise and control the election health.
In accordance with its rules and constitution, WOF federation should hold its elections under the supervision of Official supervisor of Election Assembly.
