Postponing 3rd WOF Asian Championships to
26th ~30th April 2010

Dear friend and colleague;
Please accept our best regards and greeting on behalf of WOF Secretariat.

Re to the decision of Sport Authority of I.R. Iran, and by attention to the accomplished negotiations between Organization Committee of the 3rd Asian O-Sport Championship and Sport Authority & National Martial arts Federations of I.R. Iran, I would like to inform you the date of promotion the 3rd WOF Asian Championships changed to 26th -30th April 2010.

Hereby, I request you to complete the attached form, as soon as possible and send us the passport copies, so that we provide the introduction of issuance the visas.

- The 3rd WOF Asian Championship will organize in 2 age categories: youth (14-17 years old), and seniors (18-35 years old), and in 3 stiles (Full Contact, Shoot Fight, Ultimate Fight) for men and women division.

- Accommodation will be in 3 stars Hotel including breakfast and dinner, and it will be free of charge only 5 nights. All participants are kindly required to pay attention that if they stay for extra days in Hamdan city they need to pay 40 Euro per person per day to organizing committee in order to cover your extra stay accommodation.

- All participations including athletes, coaches, and referees should pay 75 Euro to Organization Committee for registration, when he/she arrive to Hotel.

-The Election of Board of Director (2010-2014) of Federation Asian of O-Sport (FAOS) will be hold simultaneously with 3rd WOF Asian Championship on 27th April at 15:00- 17:00 o' clock, in Abfa Conference Hall in Hamedan city- the capital of history and civilization of Iran. The election will be by supervision of World O-Sport Federation WOF.
