13th WOF General Assembly in Iran

The 13th WOF general assembly was held in 12th December 2018 in the Avini conference room of Ancient City of Hamedan with the attendance of WOF National Representatives and Leaders.
During this meeting the below subjects were considered and the representatives confirmed them:

  2. Welcome Speech by the WOF Secretary General
  3. Report of the 2017 and 2018 Activities
  4. Constitution Revisions
  5. Board of Directors Elections
  6. Calendar of the WOF 2019-2020
  7. GAISF Recognition
  8. Anti-Doping
  9. Other Concerns


The 13th WOF General Assembly elected the following WOF Board of Directors for 2018-2022:

1- President:
    DR. SHEIKH ADEL SHARFANI (OMAN)

2- Senior Vice-President/ Secretary General:
    MR. MOHAMMAD GHASEM MANOUCHEHRI (IRAN)

3- European Vice-President:
    MR.CHIRSTODOULOS CHRISTODOULOU (CYPRUS)

4-  Asia Oceania Vice-President:
    MR.MOHAMMAD HASANEDIN ABID (INDIA)

5- American Vice-President:
    MR. HAMID LETAFATI (USA)

6- Certified expert/ Member:
    Dr. JASEM MANOUCHEHRI (IRAN)

7- Inspector/ Member:
    MS. HUMAIRA SYED ( PAKISTAN)

Also it was decided that WOF Treasurer as well as African Vice –President along with tow observers will be elected during next election assembly.
